For the past twelve years Nick Elisano has achieved excellence in the field of fitness training and athletic preparation. Nick has helped countless individuals and athletes reach their goals through sound scientific training as Director of Operations for Miracles Fitness, a health club chain with locations throughout New Jersey and now through his training facility. Nick is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI®) Certified Golf Fitness Instructor as well as the head Strength & Conditioning coach for Cape Express Soccer Club.
A former three sport all-star in high-school, Cape May County Athlete of the Year and a college athlete, Nick has utilized his passion as well as his personal experience as an athlete and a fitness trainer to develop programs and systems that produce proven results. Nick works with a wide variety of clientele, including high school and college level athletes in a multitude of sports including soccer, golf, football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, field hockey, lacrosse and gymnastics.
Nick is a Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer. Nick is a member of The American College of Sports Medicine, The International Youth Conditioning Association and the International Fitness Professionals Association. Nick is also a TRX Group Fitness Professional.
Joe Higman graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Human Kinesiology. He has been a certified personal trainer since 1996. Joe earned the prestigious National Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year award while playing baseball at JMU. He later went on to play professional baseball for the Baltimore Orioles organization. Joe has worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at Oliveri Sports Chiropractic and Physical Therapy where he specialized in functional core and flexibility training.
Joe currently holds a Performance Enhancement Specialist certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and specializes in developing programs that concentrate on core strength, flexibility, and pre-habilitation. His methods and techniques are derived from an intense, multidisciplinary approach that targets the body as one system, not individual muscles.
Joe still enjoys playing baseball and softball on the weekends as well as restoring classic cars and buying and selling real estate. He encourages all of his clients by letting them know that, "Personal training is exercise that is as unique as each individual is different. It is never too late to start what you could have been".
Danielle Cloud, MS, PES, SES
Danielle graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with her Bachelors degree in Athletic Training followed by her Masters in Exercise Science. Danielle is a Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM as well as a NASE certified Speed and Explosion Specialist. Danielle played college soccer and still enjoys playing in various leagues. She also enjoys staying in peak conditioning through various exercise formats such as pilates, strength training and fitness bootcamp.
Melissa graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology followed by her Masters in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Science both from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. Certified from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Certified Exercise Specialist, Melissa has helped hundreds of individuals, including youth, high school and college athletes enhance their athletic ability.
In addition to her clinical background she has also published 25 research studies relating to exercise and nutrition as well as 15 published magazine articles in American Health and Fitness. As an ex-collegiate athlete and assistant coach, Melissa takes pride in keeping in shape, and above all, practicing what she preaches to this day by continuing to participate in various foot and bike races as well as triathlons.
